Pretty belted navy dress

Pretty, soft, and comfortable navy dress with sheer overlay, pleated top, and sheer sleeves. Looks adorable with brown boots. Falls just at/above the knee on me (I'm 5'7" ) Elasticized waist, stretchy belt. So flattering on! Never got to wear it...too big on me now. :( Would fit a 12/14.
