Pretty black and white dress

This empire waist dress is so pretty and lightweight. It has a sewn-in black V-neck camisole and zippered back for a flattering fit. The back of the top features a keyhole opening that ends at the top of the zipper. Because this dress is missing its 3/4 inch wide belt (any slim black belt will do), I’m letting it go at a super price.
