Pretty black and white ruffled maxi dress

Super flattering maxi dress from Carole Little with black braided shoulder straps and empire-style waist. Elasticized both above and below breasts, with big, loose ruffles around bosom and bottom hem. Made of 95% polyester / 5% spandex in a fun black and white Chevron pattern. Excellent condition.
