I got this dress a couple years ago. It comes in a 2X and it can fit anyone from a size 12 to a size 26 maybe even a 28 it is really stretchy and as you can see the photos material hasn’t been stretched out the skirt is a nice flow material. It isn’t jersey more of a chiffon well, the top is cotton with elastic. I love this dress so much!
