Pretty burgundy tie front blouse!

This girly, chic burgundy blouse is sheer with 3/4 sleeves. The brand is tini lili from Francesca's Collection. Pleated detail at top of sleeve with banding at bottom. Needs a layer underneath it. Perfect for the dressed up working girl but also works for nights and weekends. Only worn a handful of times. Will dry clean before shipping. A great buy!
