Pretty casual dress with bow back

This dress was purchesed about a year ago from Kholes, its great for any casual excursion. It was only worn once. There are no blemishes in it in fact I would keep it but it doesn't fit me well. Adding boots flats of even vans with this dress would look great it is so versitile. This dress has an elastic cinch that is pretty much just under the bra line by about 3 inches.
