Pretty floral mini from Express

Pretty dress for a night out. Flutter sleeve with button details, tiered skirt, attached black slip, and smocked waist. Floral pattern with flecks of gold to shimmer. Polyester, machine washable. Skirt falls 19 inches from top of waistband. Never worn but I took the tags off.
