Pretty in Pink Blouse

Excellent used condition as I only wore it twice. It has this cape sleeve kind of thing, basically it falls down a little. Has holes on the sides to loop the belt through and accentuate the waist. It’s a size medium but I’m a 14/XL and it fit me perfect so it runs big.
