Pretty off the shoulder top

NWOT and really pretty. This is a gorgeous two tiered ruffled off the shoulder top with sheer bell sleeves. Light pink Romans "rose haze". Just purchased off Poshmark, got today. Its is sooo pretty but is really made for off the shoulder.
