wenstar @lavenderfarm hi again. To be honest with you I used to be a size xsmall before my surgery and that's when this shirt fit me comfortably. (Meaning that all buttons closed perfectly) I used to be a size 32c before. Now the shirt still fits but a little too snug for my liking as you can tell in the pic. The last button down shirt I got that closed perfectly was a size 4 from H&M. If you are smaller than a 32dd then I think you'll be fine.

wenstar @lavenderfarm correction: last button down shirt I bought that fit comfortably was a size 6 from h&m. However I know their stuff runs a little smaller than other brands. Not sure if this helps at all or not.
