Pretty yellow floral vintage skirt

This skirt is so pretty. The size says 8R, but it is vintage so the actual waist measurement is 14” laid flat (28” circumference) and the length is around 30”. The skirt is lined and has pockets. It also has a little belt detail on the hip that can be cinched a few inches. From the brand 21 South.
