@jmayhorn I measured 2 different ways. I measured my shoulder span and I’m right at 15”. The dress fit me just right- I then measured from where the shoulders would hit and I got about 16”. I think it would stretch another 1/2” comfortably. Hope this helps!

@jmayhorn no. You did make sense! I read it wrong. From the top of shoulder to the top of waistband- 14”. From shoulder to hem 45”.
