This is a brand new PrettyLittleThing dress with tags. A friend gifted it to me without realizing it was way out of my size range, ha. (Size 2) Mesh long sleeves, lots of danglies with sequins, hidden back zipper, semi-stretchy polyester fabric. Very cute! Waist: ~23" Bust at armpit: 28" No rips, stains or tears.
