Preview sheer black silk blouse Petite S

Preview (Nordstrom brand) 100% sheer black silk long sleeve blouse. The sleeves end in ruffled edges. 4 panels in the front and in the back, and the bodice has shaping - see photos for details. It pairs nicely over a camisole or sleeveless top or dress. I have worn this blouse 3 or 4 times and hand washed it twice. But even though it's a Petite Small, it's just too big. There are no snags, tears, etc., but there is some sort of spotting at the collar behind the neck, possibly lint? It is a Ladies Petite Small.
