Previously altered Patagonia khaki pants

Khaki Patagonia, organic cotton iron clad pants, five pocket button and zipper fly belt loops previously altered at the waist the altering has been undone. The waist is 28 inches measuring 13 1/2 across the front 14 1/2 inches across the back. Hem to waste measurement 35 1/2 inches. inseam 24 1/4 inch from hem to crotch. One dirt smudge that may wash out on the back of the right leg shows up darker in picture than in real life. These would be a great pair of pants for someone who wears a 28 waist to be cut into short or worn as Capri.
