@pearson89 the measurement of the elastic gathered seam just below the bust line is about 12 and 3/4 inches. The material at its widest point below that when laying flat, not gathered is about 25". It's gathered quite nicely and flows great from just below the bust line. The scoop neck is cute, too. This is the measurement for the medium only. The small is no longer available. So sorry for the delay!!!!

@pearson89 I added a photo under the brightest lights in my house. It looks weird, not the best pic, but you can see it's not see through. The fabric is THIN, but not see through or sheer.
