iamrachel Just in case, I did measure the skirt and it's (approximately) 13 1/2 inches at the waistband and 17 1/2 inches around the hip area. I measured the skirt flat. Keep in mind that it's leather, so it won't have much stretch or give. @abrilitama perhaps this will help you make a better decision regarding fit. 👍🏼 thank you for your interest!
