Primark Black and Linked Pattern Dress size 12

This dress from Primark has been loved but in great condition. No tears or damage. Just ready to rotate it for something new. The top black portion is attached to the bottom. I’m unsure of the materials but the top is soft and cottony and the bottom has a more silky feel. There are two small slits on both sides of the bottom. I’m 5’2 and this dress lands just above the ankles. Also, I usually wear a size XL and the size 12 fit well and was relaxed. Measurements are in the pictures above. Comment with any questions!
