Primark Long sleeved blouse

Primark long sleeved blouse with sheer sleeves and polka dot design. Pleated/ruffle collar. Elasticated wrist with ruffle. Bought this blouse and again whipped off the tags without trying on. I’m very sensitive to anything around my neck so can’t wear this. Not tight in the neck just not comfy for me.
