Primary girls reversible cotton twirly skirt with pockets

Girls size 3 skirt from Primary. Reversible woven blue and teal layers in high quality Primary cotton, and the blue side has pockets! Stretchy elastic waistband but the fabric itself is not stretchy. Needs a quick pass with an iron to get the wrinkles out but is otherwise perfect- no stains, holes, or snags. Worn only a handful of times. Please note, Poshmark does not have a “size 3” for sellers to select, therefore I’ve selected 3T as the closest option in the size category, but the size is a 3 (no T) as pictured on the tag.
