Primavera Couture 1938 3D sequin cocktail dress homecoming short prom black bead

Gorgeous beaded / sequins floral open back dress! Features: V neck, criss cross back, zipper closure, lining inside. Black with multi colored embroidery (pink, red, white, orange, etc). Note: this has been worn its not perfect. Also those black straps are the hanging ones, not part of how it is actually worn. AND the tag is cut off so I have no idea the collection this is from or the exact size (I am assuming a 0 because i measured the waist left to right and it is ~11.5 inches so 23 waist - ive attached that image with the primavera size chart). All dresses are 33 inches long according to chart. Retail is $299!!!
