scjeepgirl @sophianewell53 Length is 35 from top of strap to bottom of dress. laying flat bust 14, waist 11. The dress is a 00. Primavera size chart says 00 is Bust 31, Waist 22 and Hip 34. The dress does have pads that were just tacked in and can be removed.
