Primp nautical anchor fitted blue tank top dress M

This tank top dress is made by Los Angeles designer Primp. It is new without tags and has never been worn, just sitting in my closet. It can be worn as a long tank top or as a dress. It is size medium but would best fit someone who is on the more slender side as I believe it is fairly form fitting with a little stretch. Shoulder to hem is about 33.5".
