I bought this awhile back for a certain style, but never wore it outside. I’ve put it on a couple of times to try on and twirl in it, just never found the right top to go with it. It twirls when you spin, it’s very full, with sheer fabric on the outside and a darker pink liner to match perfectly. It ruffles on the edges and is beautiful and flows when you walk in it. It’s got a stretch waistband, it fits me at a size 4, but would also fit up to size 8 or possibly 10.
