Princess Polly Black & White Polka Dot Skirt

Adorable skirt that has a little frill on the bottom - not too fitted so it is super flattering! Goes perfectly with a cute top or bodysuit, and has a stretch waistband for comfort. In great condition - no obvious flaws :)
