Princess Polly Cheri Mini-Dress Sage Green Cowl Neck

Bought this dress for sorority recruitment and have not worn since! In great condition, but no longer fits me. Absolutely adorable cowl neck mini dress with linen look. Layered in the cowl neck, adjustable straps, buttons you can undo in the back. I would keep this to wear as a top, but feel it deserves to be worn as a dress since it is so cute. Size US 4, but it is a little short ( I am 5’6 and it goes to top of my thigh).
