Princess Polly Concordia Black Top

I'm normally a size XS or US 2 at Princess Polly but this top runs very small. I tried a US 2 and 4 and returned both because it was too small.. There's a zipper on the side and a lined bust. I realized I only wore this once and it's just been sitting in my closet. Let me know if you have any questions. :)
