Princess Polly Mini Dress Baby Blue

This is a baby blue mini dress, zipper in the back with a clasp at the top. It has a tie in the front and a slight ruffle on the bottom. You don’t have to wear a bra with it. Wore it for my graduation and got many compliments!! Only selling it because it is too small on me. Have only wore it once! (To my graduation) Great condition
