Princess Polly green floral mini dress

Bought this without trying it on but it’s too short for me! Would fit better on someone who is average height or below. Has adjustable tie-straps. Has an inner lining.The ruffle lining won’t show the white underside if ironed! It is flipped up like that due to being laundered. *no flaws. Perfect condition! Size 4. The model photos are not this exact dress but it shows a similar fit.
