Super cute red and white heart dress from Princess Polly! It has ruffles at the bottom of the dress and bottoms of the sleeves! It looks nice if you have a bigger chest to fill it out! It is really flattering and is really cute and comfortable! I’ve worn it a few times but the fit was off on me since my chest is smaller, but the condition is perfect!
