Princess Vera Wang Mini Skirt

This mini skirt by Princess Vera Wang features an all-over pocket dot print, an elasticized waist, and vertical ruffles. The ruffles have distressed edges and this skirt has beautiful movement when you walk/wear it. Wear this unique skirt with a black turtleneck, knee-high boots, and a chunky necklace (as pictured above). Laying flat: Waist: 14" - 16" comfortably.
