Princess by Vera Shirt Dress

Super cute, retro style Vera Wang dress. It's a size 7 but I wore it and I'm a size 2-4. It has a tie at the waist (great for people who don't have hips...like me ;) ) to give the appearance of hips! Cute to wear to a shindig with wedges or just to run errands with some white converse. I've only worn it once to a wedding.
