Principals Black Top with Tie Waist

Beautiful top with empire tie waist and deep V neckline. This was purchased in New Zealand. I am uncertain of the fabric/materials, but this is a very stretchy, thick, soft material and has held up well. (gentle cycle, lay flat to dry). Size Small.
