Print sleeveless midi

EUC Python style print midi dress by Picadilly, bought at local boutique, not mall. Super fun! Sleeveless, slips over head, no zipper. The print is mesh and lays atop white attached underslip. White & Blk at the top to a chartreuse & blk bottom. Perfect for spring. Went to wear it and its too big. Meant to fit snug, id liken it to a 2 to 4. Approx 38" from shoulder to hem
