Prisma Collection orange embellished blouse mottoed

vintage top with mottled irregular orange dye job. mostly shows via lines and creases, but one sleeve has a large area that's darker but matches the over-dyed sections so may be intentional/original, and one of the rouched shoulders is the same colour depth in the back. used to have shoulder pads but they've been removed.
