Fitted at the waist but you can adjust the tie detail on the waist to make it more loose or fitted to your liking and flowy on the bottom. I’m a size XS in dress and the model in the pic is also wearing a size XS, her measurements are:

@aliviaraylene Hello, no stains at all. Please refer to my comment above for the model measurements, she is wearing the same size dress I’m selling. Her bust size is 34. Length wise, I believe it will hit mid-calf on you.
