@laura_fr410 my cobbler gave me an estimate larger than I bought them for, so if I were to get my money back I could put that cost into trying to get them fixed. Does that sound decent to you?

I am glad that you are fond of the shoes. They are very stylish and fun! I agree. Unfortunately tho, I can not refund your money AND allow you to keep the shoes to repair.
Please know that after our transaction...Posh paid me $37.88 of the $50. Thus if you would like to return the shoes please go through Posh to do. I will understand. No bad feelings.

@laura_fr410 I am sorry that you believe my review to be unfair. I prefaced that question with the fact that the estimate from my cobbler was larger than what I paid for the shoes. I therefore thought it was quite disrespectful of you to write as though I were trying to receive something more than fiscally proper per our arrangement.

@laura_fr410 I took what I thought was a natural line of thought, but I can outline that line if it will provide insight: I paid $60 for a pair of shoes that were not correctly described (I do not believe your intent to be malicious.) I am looking at having to pay another $80 (minimum as estimated by my cobbler).

@laura_fr410 As there is no other way of transferring money via Poshmark for these types of situations, I concluded that a refund would cover that transaction. Thus having both sides out a little bit but not an unreasonable amount for what I still believe to be a rather unfortunate experience for both parties.
