Pro Touch Windbreaker Jacket

Has standard 2 front pockets with zippers. Full zip with reflective strips on both sides of zipper. Sleeves can zip off and on for a vest style. Has mesh interior lining. Worn a few times. Reflective material is coming off in spots, see picture. Size 42 in European sizing. I believe it's equivalent to a Large in US sizing. Front measurement from side seam to side seam at bottom is about 22 1/4 inches and about 22 inches across chest.
