Designer Elite coat. Black as in the cover photo-some of pictures make it look gray but it is black. This is a heavy coat-as in it has weight. It is an original sample and if you know coats-it’s luxury. The back waist accent sewn-in half belt needs to be restitched on one side as shown. This is super simple fix but I have too many coats as is. It is for a petite person w a very small waist. Wool.

@judith_rosman smallest point seems to be about 13-14 inches. Fabric is thick and has a quality stretch to it.
