Proenza Schouler's Brown Ruched Cutout Maxi Dress. B23

Red Carpet Ready! Proenza Schouler's maxi dress is designed with an open back and hip-baring cutouts. Made from dark-brown jersey, it's ruched throughout and has sweeping cords along the shoulders that sway with every step. I have them tied in bows, but you can leave then hang down too. 2 zippers for closure top & bottom, open slit sides with same long hanging cords as on shoulders. Bottom has a raw hem. DISCLOSURE: see photos w red dot on the waistline . There is only 1 place that has a flaw. The left side of waist has a run in the fabric and a small separation of seam. I tried to repair the separation but I totally suck at sewing… so price discounted to reflect repair needed. It’s really hard to notice the run with all the ruching. Length is 64”
