mjdv2009 I think there may be a issue with the package you sent out, it hasn't updated since the 21st.

mac1988 If nothing happens by later I'll go down to the post office tomorrow morning and find out might be delayed cause of the holiday but I'll go down in the morning and see what going on

mjdv2009 Thanks for the response. I called the USPS but they aren't sure as well, maybe I'll wait till the end of the week. I know it was a 3 day priory mail and the estimated day to arrive was this Tuesday and it hasn't even updated yet, there was as storm that came around here Monday so that may be the cause of the delay, either say I'll keep you updated and as soon as I receive it I will click the accept.

mac1988 Yeah mine said same thing they can't do anything till middle of next week cause of holiday and storms and have to wait a certain length of time before filling a report so I'll go back next week and file one if nothing happens

mjdv2009 I did call the post office there this morning and she told me that they maybe have found the package that she is hoping they will scan it today and ship it out she didn't sound to certain though but could you possibly tell them tmrw what I was told that the package seems to have been found... If it gets updated soon I'll let you know that way you wouldn't have to waste time going, thanks!

mjdv2009 I was just told that she believed they found it but wasn't positive. It's okay to file claim though bc it hasn't been updated since the 21st anyways. Did she tell you that you have to wait till June 5 to file claim?

mjdv2009 Well since it has the insurance they should cover the shoes for you and posh will redeem my money as well. You should tell her the package had insurance so therefore you can do that. This has never happened to me but I know that is what the insurance is for.

mjdv2009 Okay, I did talk to someone on posh three days ago and they told me that if it doesn't update by June 5 to let them know and they will make it right. I did contact them this morning though now I'm waiting for a response. Did you talk to them today?

mac1988 Yes they told me they are in the process of cancel the order and refund you and give me the earnings since there insurance on it so within a few days and they will send a email when it taken care of
