This product contains latex which may cause an allergic reaction to those who are sensitive. Black with velcro closures that help you to adjust the snugness of this once on. shilowscloset 40" Is just the full amount out that it will go. I will try to locate it to measure what the shortest is that it will go. So from looking at the picture that 40" is the full size of the belt and when you pull it in with the velcro it will for sure go smaller in size. Hope that is understandable how I worded this.

shilowscloset @pursezombie 29" around is as small as this will pull down into. So this is a very adjustable brace. How tight you pull the velco on each in, is the size it will go to. I am sorry for the delay. I am in the process of moving and it took a bit for me to even locate it for you. I am pretty sure you would be able to get it to go to what size you are needing.
