Project 28 NYC Dress Black Floral Choker NWT *Flaw

New with tags size small, original retail $79. This item comes from a retail store and may show light signs of in store display and/or being tried on. The flaw mentioned is a tear in the back seam where the two sides of the seam have come unstitched, see last four pictures. It is new with tags and has not been worn. Approximate measurements when laying flat are 15" across chest and 33" from back of neck to shortest part of front hem.
