This prom dress is stretchy and is very comfortable. (not super heavy) Open back and cut in between the breasts. I wore this once for my junior prom and never had a problem with trying to keep my breasts in the dress! If you are worried about that, use breast tape! when i was a junior i had a 30 inch waist and they dress fit me just fine. I am now a 27 inch waist and it fits a little loose but u can tie the dress tighter and it fits perfect.
