Prom Formal Dress

This dress is great for your next formal occasion such as prom, homecoming, weddings, etc. Dress only worn once. Dress is blue with black on the sides and back. Spaghetti straps that have been altered. See picture for details. Dress is floor length, but has been hemmed to accommodate my 5 ft. 5 height. See pictures for details. There is a tie in the back that can be adjusted if you want a tighter or looser fit. There is also a lining under the dress.
