Prom, Gala, special event dress

Beautiful green and black full length dress. I had the back altered as I wanted some wiggle room in it. Size is XS though with the alterations it's more a Small. I didn't not have any length taken off, just the insert in the back (shown). Has a diagonal neck line. starts at the shoulder with 2 small skinny straps and goes under the armpit to make one side strapless. Paid $140 for just the alterations. Worn once to a fundraising event. The wedding/dress shop I purchased from cut the tag out so I don't know the designer.
