Prom/ bridesmaid dress- size has been altered.

I wore this dress once when I was a bridesmaid in my friends wedding. The dress is a size 4 but it was tailored and would fit someone that is a size 0 or a 2 with a narrow back or small bust. The waist measures 27”. The dress has not been dry cleaned so there are a few scuff marks on the bottom that are visible but should come off. The dress is slightly longer in the back and flares out like a mermaid when it’s worn. I purchased this dress from David’s bridal for $250 I am selling is for $150.
