has been altered but only at the bust the size is a 0 the bust can fit a 32D/34C . It comes with a built in bra. I wore it for all of 5 hours and is dry cleaned. The train has a clasp that clips to a bracelet so you won't have to drag it around. I'm 4'11 but I wore 6 inch heels and it still has length to fit a taller person.
