Blue and silver strapped, beaded and sequin dress. A size 4 and worn once! I wore a 4in heel and I’m 5’3. The back is beautifully strapped with buckles and a blue train. Dress was thoroughly examined for any missing sequins or stains and it does not have 1 imperfection. Beautiful for prom.
