Prom dress by La Femme

Believe it's only been worn once by previous seller, and once by me. Light blue, high neck, open back, lace sparkly top, cut out, beautiful design. Only flaws is a small rip on back and the bottom is a little dirty, should come out with dry cleaning. I am 5'2 and 34B and I loved how it fit but could definitely fit a bigger bust and taller person.
